The Business Continuity Institute (BCI) has developed an online game to test your incident management skills. BC24 is an incident simulation game concentrating an extended incident scenario into a short period of time.
The game is designed for six players, offering them a series of choices throughout the game. The choices made are then scored and outcomes differ dependent on the choice made.
The game provides a good reason to get together with otherwise busy people and improve awareness of the need and benefit of effective business continuity management.
The game is very flexible and allows people to play in their own time from any location with an internet connection. The game is also being promoted beyond the BC community, to allow newcomers to gain familiarity with BC issues and benefits.
