Marches Energy Agency are looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to join their team. They are seeking a CEO who will embrace challenges and opportunities, to create and lead an ambitious strategy to improve people’s lives and homes in the Midlands.
You will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Role modelling Marches Energy Agency’s values and leading a team to deliver continuous improvement, consistent high performance and innovation against our charitable objectives and strategy.
- Developing and implementing a self-funding business plan that delivers against those objectives and strategy. Advising and informing the Board in a timely manner on all matters towards fulfilling the charity’s purpose.
- Overall management of the organisation; leading, managing and motivating staff, building and maintaining organisational focus and a positive, inclusive and supportive culture.
- Ensure continued financial growth and sustainability, and that all financial processes and systems provide accurate and timely information of all income and expenditure, as part of a platform for growth.
