The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country is looking for a highly motivated Senior Conservation Officer to manage EcoPark, our education and engagement site in East Birmingham. The post-holder will have experience running groups of conservation volunteers to deliver habitat creation and site enhancement work whilst enabling people from diverse backgrounds to connect with their local natural environment. If you enjoy leading volunteers of all backgrounds and abilities, delivering practical training and working collaboratively with community groups to enhance a wild community space in a built up area, this could be the job for you.
- Salary – up to £25,107 (0.5 FTE pro rata = £12,554) Hours – 18.75 hours per week
- 3 year contract
