Duties and Skills Required
The Project Administrator will provide the Project Director, Project Manager and the wider EnTRESS team with professional administrative services and financial process support. Where required you will help with wider project promotion, which may include attendance at events. On a day-to-day basis you will be working with other departments within the university, including Finance, the Project Support Office and Faculty of Science and Engineering staff. The role will involve dealing with external enquiries to the project, monitoring progress of companies through the project, keeping records, preparation of financial reports, as well as general administrative duties. It would be preferable if you have worked on an ERDF projects before – but not essential as guidance can be given.
