Are you passionate about working on a varied and complex Capital Programme? As Soft Landing Coordinator within our busy Capital Programme team, you will be a key driver on ensuring we deliver our ambitious Capital Works programme. We are in an exciting period of development at Warwick, so we are looking for someone who can get stuck in and really drive a number key projects simultaneously. The role is varied, but one thing we can guarantee is it will involve building strong relationships with a diverse stakeholder portfolio. Under the direction of the Capital Programme Project Managers assume responsibility for ensuring agreed projects performance targets are achieved by end of soft landing period. Monitor the soft landing, commissioning and hand over and processes to assist the project manager in ensuring a fully integrated & managed transition from design to construction and operational phase.
