Job Opportunity: Customer Corporate Social Responsibility Manager -Lyreco

This position is the key link between the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and their current and future customers for all CSR lead initiatives. The Customer CSR Manager will work with members of their corporate and sales teams to advise customers on what work Lyreco are doing around CSR. The Customer CSR Manager will work closely with key customers, understanding their CSR requirements/initiatives and work towards supporting them via the products or services that Lyreco offer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the corporate teams during bid writing and tender presentations to highlight what work Lyreco are doing around the CSR agenda.
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions etc. to showcase our CSR initiatives to current and potential new customers.
  • Set up and lead a Customer Stakeholder Group that brings together customers who need support on delivering their own CSR initiatives.
  • Investigate new initiatives based on customer feedback and initiatives that we are working with suppliers to implement, such as new recycling services.
  • Continually research and stay abreast of developments in CSR globally.
  • Share CSR knowledge and best practice broadly, both internally and externally.
  • Help to develop the Lyreco Goodness communication strategy on ongoing external communication.
  • Support the CSR Team on other key initiatives.
  • Ensure and promote the personal health, safety, and wellbeing of staff.
  • Carry out duties in a way which promotes fairness in all matters, and which engenders trust.
  • Promote equality of opportunity and support diversity and inclusion as well as working to support the Lyreco sustainability agenda and practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Good knowledge of key sustainability and CSR aspects such as climate change, carbon emissions, waste management, social responsibilities, social values, UN Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Experience working closely with corporate customers in a sales/project/consulting capacity.
  • Real passion to drive CSR initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with talking to a variety of customers.
