Phil Beardmore and Jon Morris have been researching the pitfalls and the potentials of Green Deal to solve fuel poverty, informed in part by their work on Birmingham Energy Savers, and funded by Scottish Power Energy People Trust. The resulting report is now available on their website.
It also features a discussion on the draft National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
