This month we publish our 60th edition of our monthly e-newsletter. In our early years we would publish an occasional update to our members. Then with our first office and staff we were able to launch our monthly e-newsletter and have never looked back. During the last 60 editions the newsletter has been produced rain or shine, survived an office move, city centre riot, staff and volunteer changes, an IT emergency back up, and change in Government. From humble beginnings it now reaches and is read by thousands and promoted good practice, events, reports, and funding opportunities. However your comments over this period are the best summary of the impact of the newsletter “the best way to get an insight into west midlands sustainability beyond your sector or network” “highlights funding and networking opportunities for my business” “encourages me in my role, that I’m not alone, that there is still a plan for our region“ “gives me ideas on how to engage with you” “useful as a national policy maker looking for good practice ideas” To help us celebrate this 60th edition – why not help us spread the word, by sending a recommendation and a copy of the newsletter sent to your contacts? Or sign up here. Thanks to all the contributors over the years, especially Sian, Laura, Anisha, and Alan. We look forward to bringing you useful, exciting, and encouraging sustainability news in the next 60 editions. Dr Simon Slater, on behalf of the SWM team
