Regional Senior Energy Project Officer (x8) – Job Opportunities!

Location – Nottingham Contract Type – Fixed Term Working Hours – 37 per week Salary – £28,221 Deadline – 12 August Nottingham County Council are looking to fill eight vacant positions for Regional Senior Energy Project Officer. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help deliver our BEIS funded Local Capacity Support programme across the Midlands. These 8 vacancies (2 year fixed term), led by the Regional Energy Projects Manager, will become the regional energy projects team for the West and East Midlands, forming the ‘Hub’ for which energy projects and programmes can be developed and delivered. Building on Nottingham’s highly successful Energy Services division there will be a post for each of the 9 LEPs in the region, all employed by Nottingham City Council. Applications are invited from across this geographical region with a successful candidate to be assigned to a specific LEP area including; Marches LEP, Leicester and Leicestershire LEP, Greater Lincolnshire LEP, Coventry and Warwickshire LEP, Stoke and Staffordshire LEP, Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP, Worcestershire LEP and Black Country LEP. These posts will report to the Regional Energy Projects Manager located in the D2N2 LEP, who in turn reports directly to the Head of Energy Services at Nottingham City Council.
