The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country have three vacancies open including an Individual Giving Manager, Membership Recruiter and Donor Support Officer. Details of Vacancies: Individual Giving Manager The Individual Giving Manager will lead a team to optimise and maximise income from Individual Giving streams and develop and grow fundraising initiatives.  We’re looking for an individual with 2 year’s relevant experience in budget management, income generation, line  management, data analysis and enhancing supporter journeys. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM data management and a strong understanding of fundraising and data compliance.  As a key member of the Fundraising and Communication department, the Individual Giving Manager will play an important role in supporting our ambitious growth plans as per our emerging 2022-2030 strategy, optimising income through Individual Giving streams including membership, online shop sales, community-based fundraising, appeals, Gifts in Wills and In Memory giving. Membership Recruiter  The Membership Recruiter will recruit new members to the Trust through a mixture of face-to-face and door-to-door approaches.  We’re looking for an individual with sales experience and great people skills to enthusiastically encourage more members to join us and support our work for nature’s recovery. Donor Support Officer The Donor Support Officer will provide effective administration to the department and high donor stewardship to a range of individual and business donors.  We’re looking for an individual with customer service and administration experience and great communication and organisation skills to support the donors that make our work for nature’s recovery possible.
