Delivered in partnership by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), International Synergies Ltd, and SWM the programme offers free, fully funded business support to help businesses:
- Identify new markets for by-products
- Overcome practical reuse challenges
- Unlock measurable business benefits
- Reduce both operational costs and carbon emissions
How the programme supports businesses
The programme supports businesses through a three step process:
Step 1 – Consult
We work with you to carry out an initial review of your organisation’s resource use and waste management processes
Step 2 – Assess
We identify opportunities to reuse resources in your business, and evaluate their potential to other businesses
Step 3 – Deliver
We support you in prioritising and implementing the most effective opportunities, helping you to become more resource efficient and cost effective
