Assistant Technical Consultant – Low Emission Transport A recent graduate is sought to join our expanding Mobility and Strategy team. The role is wide-ranging and the successful candidate will be involved in performance analysis, market research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and also contribute to report writing, presenting technical results, and supporting the creation of future strategies and policy recommendations for clients. This role is particularly suited to someone who is very comfortable working with data.Events & Marketing Assistant – we are looking for someone who wants to develop their events and marketing career by joining the Cenex events team. Key responsibilities are in two areas. The first area is to successfully plan, develop and deliver Cenex Low Carbon Vehicle Event and Cenex Connected Automated Mobility Event, drive sales and sponsorship and promote delegate registration/attendance, manage event administration. The second is to support the development of Cenex’ marketing and communication strategy, produce marketing materials that promote business growth; and support the delivery of Cenex’ project dissemination activities, events and training programmes.Sustainable Energy & Transport Consultant – due to the growth of the Energy Systems & Infrastructure team, we are recruiting an experienced Consultant to deliver projects looking at strategy and policy in sustainable energy and transport. This new role (reporting to the Infrastructure Strategy Lead) will be principally responsible for providing expert consultancy on transport and energy infrastructure and leading projects and project teams around the topic of low carbon transport infrastructure, which will require travel in mainland Europe and the UK. Financial Controller – we are looking for someone to take overall responsibility of the Finance function for Cenex and Cenex NL. To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will need to have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, and be fully ACCA/CIMA qualified. They will be responsible for VAT claims, the Year End process including the audit process, and managing and developing the finance team. They will also need to analyse and interpret complex data to inform robust decision making, have strong IT skills, be an excellent communicator and have an adaptable approach. They must also be a strong team player and change facilitator.
