Purpose of the presentation
This was presented at the national LGA climate local conference in London The aim was to provide an update on our LEP good practice work and how local authorities could help support their local LEP on climate change. The research showed how poor the support and expectation was on LEP on climate adapatation. “If you’re going to be putting public money into this country, the least you can do is make sure it’s not going to wash away, or overheat.” But also the great good practice by LEPs across the country that can easily be duplicated.
