Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands commissioned Sustainability West Midlands to produce a guide to the implementation steps to large scale district heating for use by local authorities in the region. The report provides a guide to the main steps that should be considered by local authorities when embarking on a district heating project and includes sections on:
