Sustainability West Midlands endeavours to maintain accurate records of personal data. Unless specified, data subjects are under no contractual obligations to provide personal data.

Your data is stored securely via a web-based contact relationship management system and is not transferred to any third party without the active written consent of the data subject being obtained. Sustainability West Midlands processes all data manually and does not undertake automated decision-making processes. Privacy by design is mandatory to all new projects and storage systems at Sustainability West Midlands.

Sustainability West Midlands monitors information acquired via the website to better understand how the site is being used and how it can be improved. This type of information is collective data (such as the total number of website visitors) and does not identify individuals. These statistics are collected on a regular basis and may occasionally be communicated to funders of our communications work.
