Profile
After completing a degree in Sociology and Theology at the University of Leeds I came back to Birmingham and began my career working for various charities before moving into the private sector after I started a family.
I have almost 20 years’ experience in business support, office and project management and working for an SME has allowed me to hone a variety of skills in other areas such as HR, health and wellbeing and of course sustainability. What started as a personal passion has become a key part of my role as the business support manager at Whistle PR, a Midlands PR agency, as we now offer ESG communications consultancy and are committed to the West Midlands Net Zero Pledge. I am also involved in my local litter picking group and work with my son’s school on eco initiatives for the pupils.
I am a proud brummie and enjoy exploring my city, spending time with my family, reading and listening to history podcasts!
