Accompanying the launch of SHAP’s Retrofit Success Guides, this is the next in the ‘Retrofit Success’ Lunch and Learn series.

In this session, we’ll be joined by the team from Ideal Heating who will speak about the realities of scaling heat pump delivery, including manufacturing capacity, workforce capability and maintaining quality at pace.

Each session will draw on the learning from a specific Retrofit Success guide and speakers will reflect on their own experience of delivering retrofit, sharing practical lessons from the field.

As with all SHAP’s Lunch & Learns, there will be plenty of time for Q&A and open discussion.
