Help Build A Giant Cardboard City

The Event

Act on Energy is looking for volunteers to help bring a giant cardboard city to life for families this October half term, promoting recycling, creativity and community support.

The city will feature electric vehicles, charging stations, eco-shops, bug hotel crafts and grow-your-own seed planters. It will be a space where children can enjoy imaginative play, while parents and carers can access free advice and support from local organisations.

Volunteers are needed to help construct cardboard props and play areas ahead of the event, as well as DBS-checked volunteers to support activities on the day.
