The Event

SHAP are pleased to share that their Lunch & Learn series is back, this time accompanying the publication of SHAP’s Retrofit Success Guides

Joined by Luke Hurd, Chief Operating Officer at CHIC, and Andy Harisson, Managing Director at Broad Oak Group, who will draw on insights from the Financing and Procurement and Community and Resident Engagement Retrofit Success Guides, alongside sharing reflections from their own delivery experience.

Together, they’ll explore how:

  • Procurement can enable better resident outcomes
  • Engagement expectations can be clearly defined, costed and embedded into contracts
  • Funding and finance models can support tailored interventions that maximise value for residents
  • Retrofit procurement can encourage collaboration and partnerships that deliver better outcomes.

This will be a practical, honest conversation about how organisations can move from compliance-led procurement to outcome-driven retrofit delivery.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A and open discussion.
