Sustainability Accelerator Programme: Introductory Workshop

A practical, exploratory session for consultants and leaders looking to embed sustainability beyond frameworks and reports.

Sustainability is everywhere today, in strategies, reports, and frameworks. Yet many practitioners struggle to translate good intentions into meaningful action in their day-to-day work.

This exploratory workshop is designed for consultants, leaders, freelancers, and practitioners who want to reflect on how sustainability shows up in their work, where it feels challenging, and what is needed to make it more practical and effective.

Rather than focusing on technical frameworks or compliance alone, the session explores sustainability as a lived practice. We will look at why sustainability efforts often stall and what kinds of human capabilities, behaviours, and ways of working support lasting change within organisations.

During the workshop, participants will:

  • Explore why sustainability efforts often stall or feel difficult to sustain
  • Be introduced to a practitioner-led approach grounded in reflective practice and the Inner Development Goals
  • Take part in a short, practical exercise to connect sustainability challenges with personal and professional development
  • Learn more about Contented’s Sustainability Accelerator and how it supports people working in this space

This session is interactive and reflective. It is intended as a low-commitment way to explore whether the Sustainability Accelerator approach resonates with you.

The workshop is suitable for anyone curious about developing their sustainability practice in a grounded, realistic, and human-centred way.
