Capital grant support is available for the development of new and existing low and zero-carbon heat networks.
Apply by 7 November

The GHNF, launched in 2022, is a core element of the government’s Heat Network Transformation Programme (HNTP) and follows on from the progress and development made by the Heat Network Investment Project (HNIP) and the 2021 Green Heat Network Fund Transition Scheme.
The GHNF is led by a third-party delivery partner, Triple Point Heat Networks Investment Management, which is led by Triple Point and supported by AECOM, Asteros Advisers, Amberside Advisors, Gemserv (a Talan company) and Lux Nova Partners
Round 10 is now open and it is a capital grant fund that supports:
- the commercialisation and construction of new low and zero carbon (LZC) heat networks (including the supply of cooling)
- the retrofitting and expansion of existing heat networks
It aims to develop and grow the heat network market and to address some of the challenges of decarbonising the UK’s heat sector.
