Accelar are now recruiting a Project and Team Support Officer to support their growing team.
Since 2019, Accelar has delivered over 90 trailblazing projects across infrastructure, the built environment and green finance, working with leading clients including HS2 Ltd, MTR Elizabeth Line and Unibail-Radamco-Westfield. Through digitally enabled services, they help clients go further and faster towards green transitions, aligning with their vision for 2030.
The opportunity: Accelar has introduced the new role of looking for a Project and Team Support Officer. As their work continues to expand, Accelar is seeking someone who take ownership of key tasks that help the business operate efficiently and effectively, working collaboratively across the team to support growth and success. With other tasking including:
- Tracking and monitoring that all projects are set up and being carried out properly (are contracts in place? Are projects invoicing to schedule?).
- Support the team in getting our sustainability initiatives complete, such as the pledge to net zero tracker.
- Carry out tender searches for opportunities that may be suitable for the business.
- Help with travel bookings and expenses.
- Support at client meetings with notes and actions.
- Supporting on a range of marketing tasks – from data management, research and booking events to drafting text for our LinkedIn and blog content.

- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous administrative or project support experience.
