As climate change brings about more frequent and severe disruption across the systems we all rely upon, building resilience is an increasingly urgent priority for businesses, government and communities. Yet, adapting to climate change remains a new challenge for many.
Becoming climate resilient provides opportunities not only for responding to climate risks, but also to generate a range of positive benefits for people and nature, now and for the years ahead.
This one day course will provide an understanding of the current and future climate context and its impact on your organisation; knowledge, skills and capabilities to give you the confidence to identify and prioritise adaptation actions; and resources tailored to your identified next steps.
The course is delivered by Verture, a climate resilience charity, and is CPD accredited.
The course is delivered online from 10-4.
Two dates are currently available: Tuesday 29 September and Tuesday 1 December.
Prices range from £220-275 per participant.
