Staffordshire Community Energy (SCE) is looking for an experienced and ambitious leader to guide the organisation through its next phase of growth. 

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Shape and deliver the organisation’s long-term strategy
• Develop a strong pipeline of renewable energy and retrofit projects
• Strengthen the organisation’s financial sustainability
• Build partnerships with communities, businesses, local authorities and investors

The role is home-based, with several meetings each month in Staffordshire.
Hours: 80% FTE
Salary: £60,000 per annum, pro rata
