SHAP (Sustainable Housing Action Partnership) has been named a finalist at the Unlock Net Zero Awards 2026, in the Collaboration of the Year: Midlands and Wales category.
The nomination recognises the collaborative effort behind the SHAP Retrofit Success Guides, a practical resource developed with over 100 contributors from across the housing and retrofit sector, sharing real-world insight from planning, commissioning and delivering retrofit in homes and communities, as well as experiencing its impact first-hand.
