Profile

Pete has a wide and varied background at executive level across the West Midlands in business sectors including Retail, Funeral and Energy, and has led several national award-winning energy efficiency and community energy programs & initiatives – working closely with Sustainability West Midlands.

He has a track record of pushing the responsible business agenda & impact across the region through cross-sector action & co-operation within membership organisations.

Pete also brings to Sustainability West Midlands in a voluntary capacity his experience as former Chair of the West Midlands Business in the Community Leadership Board, as well as a 5-year term as Chair of Bright Future Coop – a membership organisation providing employment opportunities for survivors of Modern Slavery.

He believes passionately that businesses have a responsibility to the communities in which they trade – and that collaboration across sectors & stakeholders is the key to building a fairer, greener region.
