The nature of our organisation means that the performance we seek to measure is the influence and impact of our services such as policy advice, events, and communications.
These measures include the reach and use of our communications, evaluation of individual projects, and our annual customer survey. These indicators are incorporated into our business processes with other financial and organisational measures. Over the year the results are regularly monitored and reported to our Board to assess the delivery of our annual business plan.
Once a year we produce our annual accounts which include the directors review of our overall organisational performance against our vision, mission, and objectives, as well as our financial results.
Our annual accounts, performance and future priorities are discussed and approved by our members at our Annual General Meeting and then submitted to Companies House.
