Delivered by International Synergies Ltd in partnership with Constructing Excellence Midlands as part of the WMCA funded Resource Reuse Network initiative, this workshop brings together infrastructure providers, home builders and their supply chains to explore practical opportunities for cost and carbon reduction.

This facilitation session want to connect construction businesses with a shared goal. To improve resources efficiency across Midlands Projects, through structured networking and guided discussions, delegates will identify opportunities to exchange an better utilise materials.

The session places particular emphasis on creating resources exchange opportunities across Midlands construction projects, helping organisations reduce disposal costs while supporting more circular approaches to material use. It is open to all CE Midlands members, and other construction companies of any size but, for this session it will also have a priority focus on the identifying opportunities to exchange resources across Midlands construction projects.
