The Event
The MobiNexus team is holding a hands-on workshop where mobility experts, industry actors, and researchers will prioritise the key digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills gaps identified in a literature review carried out by the project partners.
Input obtained during the workshop will directly shape the design of targeted support programmes and training, delivered through the MobiNexus Entrepreneurship Academy.
Through the workshop it is hoped they can examine the consolidated list of skills gaps across Shared Mobility, Electrification, and Automation, and analyse each gap using the EIT Value Creation Model to understand:
- Where value is currently created
- Where value is limited or destroyed
- What is under-used or missing
- What new opportunities exist
- Prioritise the most urgent skills needs to inform the development of effective support and capacity-building programmes
- Contribute to shaping high-quality training that will be offered free of charge to mobility sector professionals
Your insights are essential to ensure the MobiNexus Academy delivers relevant, impactful, and future-ready learning opportunities.
