The Event
The Birmingham & West Midlands Circular Economy Club in conjunction with Arup and Sustainability West Midlands are organising a screening of the #PeoplesEmergencyBriefing film which has been created following a National Emergency Briefing (NEB) event in November last year.
The NEB brought together leading experts to present the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis to politicians and other influential people in Westminster. That evidence is now on the public record. The next step is to take this vital message across the UK, bringing together people from across local communities to hear the evidence and discuss how to respond.
There is clear evidence that urgent action will strengthen our economy, resilience, and quality of life. The NEB exists to help create a societal tipping point towards the action now required. We – in our business and local communities – can help make it happen.

If you can or can’t make this event, please encourage someone you know to attend, better still sign up to be a host to screen the film in another area or at another time, there is lots of information on the website about how to host. www.nebriefing.org/host-the-film
Everyone is welcome to attend the screenings, the content is suitable for people aged 16 and over.
