New benefit: SWM Careers Centre

The SWM Careers Centre provides members with a free way to promote recruitment opportunities and connect with potential candidates.

As an SWM member, you can:

Advertise your opportunities for free

• Job vacancies: Attract new talent and support your recruitment needs.
• Internships: Give students valuable workplace experience.
• Placements: Connect with students seeking practical experience.

You can also search CVs uploaded by candidates, helping you identify individuals whose skills, experience and career aspirations align with your organisation’s opportunities.

Search for potential candidates

This is a great opportunity to connect with emerging talent and raise your organisation’s profile among students and jobseekers.
