Our primary contact, Tim Ryan, works with individuals who want to develop their leadership skills, align their values with their ambitions, and take meaningful steps towards their personal and professional goals. Sessions draw on proven tools and techniques designed to build clarity, accountability, and confidence — whether someone is stepping into leadership for the first time or looking to perform at a higher level.
Tim is also a certified practitioner of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology — an innovative, research-backed approach to team development. Through facilitated workshops, teams use hands-on building to unlock deeper thinking, improve communication and ensure every voice in the room is heard. It is particularly effective at breaking down barriers, surfacing hidden challenges, and helping groups develop shared strategies in a way that is both engaging and memorable.
