Midland Mencap’s parkride programme is an accessible inclusive program that supports disabled people access cycling. This includes learning to cycling in low risk environments (such as parks and schools) and supporting them to use the cycling infrastructure across the West Midlands. Alongside this our care services support people to use public transport thus reducing the heavy reliance on taxis.
