We are delighted to announce that the first Group held in the Members Portal is launching today for the Arts sector. Sustainable Arts West Midlands is coordinated by Lizzie Moran, Head of Technical Resources at Midlands Arts Centre. She will be opening the group up for SWM member enrolment from today, Thursday 23 February 2026, and it is free for any SWM member that has an interest in the Arts and Sustainability. There will be a program of bi-monthly meetings which will focus specifically on the arts. Sustainable Arts West Midlands can be found in the new “Groups” heading in the navigation bar of the Members Portal.
Other groups are of course welcome! Do you want to setup a group with a specific focus that you want to coordinate? If you would like to start a group, please email clare.chapman@swm.org.uk for an informal chat about the commitment and requirements for becoming the group coordinator.
Groups will allow you to address and discuss sector or theme specific challenges with members with similar interests. Functionality includes Group Feeds, Forums and the ability to set up Group Events.
