Job opportunity – Climate Change Specialist

Severn Trent is looking for a Climate Change Specialist to join its Climate Change Team and play a pivotal role in embedding climate adaptation across the business.

You’ll lead the development of tools, systems and processes that improve how they use climate data—turning insight into action and helping the company make informed, resilient decisions.

Some of the other key accountabilities:

• Standardising and increasing the use of climate-related data across the business.
• Developing accessible data visualisation tools for internal and external use.
• Leading our climate monitoring plan and integrating climate risks into wider systems.
• Ensuring data quality and acting as a climate conscience to drive continuous improvement.
• Building consideration of climate risks and impacts into other company systems and processes and producing tools to support decision making.
