Our Roadmap to 2030Ecobirmingham is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Sustainable Communities work across Birmingham.
This role will help to strengthen local community organisations, deliver sustainability support, and develop a network of groups and individuals helping communities take climate action.
You’ll work directly with groups such as Allens Cross Community Association and Springfield Project, helping them build their capacity and engage residents in sustainable living.
Key focus areas:
- Coordinating long-term sustainability support
- Building a directory of local sustainability support providers
- Supporting behaviour change at the community level
They are aiming to empower 25% of households in target areas to take regular sustainability actions – and create a model that can be shared city-wide.
