WMCA and Cirklo Consult have created the Circular Economy Literacy Training for SME’s, businesses and anyone with an interest in sustainable consumption.
What’s included in the course?
The course is split into three e-learning modules that you can complete at your own pace. The content covered includes:
Module 1 – Introduction to Circular Economy
- Why do we need a Circular Economy?
- Circular Economy principles
- Social, environmental and economic benefits
- WMCA context and Routemap
Module 2 – Circular Economy Opportunities
- Circular Economy business models
- Case studies in clothing, food, manufacturing, construction and communities.
Module 3 – Implementing Circular Economy in your Organisation
- Incorporating circular strategies and solutions into your business
- Drivers, including policy and regulation
- Levers to enable change
- Metrics to measure impact
Assessment
Once you have completed the three modules, you can take the assessment. You can retake the assessment at any time.
