The Event

Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone will go live on 1 June 2021 and will charge owners of the most high polluting vehicles to drive within the city centre. A £10.05 million Heavy Duty Vehicle (HDV) Fund has been launched, providing grants of up to £170,000 to help eligible SMEs across the West Midlands to prepare by contributing towards the cost of retrofitting non-compliant vehicles, purchasing/ leasing compliant vehicles, relocation and exit lease costs. This business clinic will talk through the fund in more detail, including how to apply, what evidence you need to provide and the chance to ask the team any questions.
