The Event

April 22nd is Earth Day!

The theme for Earth Day 2024 is “Planet vs. Plastics”

Join the next Environment and Energy Network meeting, on Tuesday 16 April, 13:00 – 14:30, to celebrate our planet and discuss how we can reduce plastic pollution.

There will also be the usual updates on energy bills, policy, funding and consultations.

If your organisation has anything they would like to share with regards to WWD, or anything else at the meeting, please contact elizabethg@bvsc.org.

The Last Meeting

Joining the Network

Membership of the network is FREE and will be facilitated by BVSC. The Network will meet online for 1.5 hours at least once a month.

  • Developing relationships with key public and private sector partners on environment and energy issues.
  • Collaboration on partnership projects, services, activities, events and actions.
  • Supporting a collective VCFSE voice and campaigns on environment and energy across Birmingham City.
